This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are permitted for courses and services offered by Outscal Technologies Private Limited. By enrolling in an Outscal course, you agree to abide by this policy in conjunction with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.
1. General Cancellation Terms
1.1 Non-Cancelable Services
Once a course or service has been accessed or commenced, it is generally non-cancelable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that cancellations will not be allowed except as specified in this policy or where required by applicable local law.
1.2 Digital Content and Course Access
Access Equals Commitment: Accessing any course materials, including digital content, is considered full commitment to the course and nullifies eligibility for cancellation or any refund.
2. Exceptions to Non-Cancellation
2.1 Duplicate Enrollments
If duplicate enrollments occur by error, Outscal may cancel the additional enrollment(s) and process a refund for the duplicate payment within 25 working days.
2.2 International Compliance
For residents of the EU, UK, or other regions with a statutory cooling-off period, Outscal provides a 14-day cancellation window from the purchase date. However, once digital content has been accessed, this cancellation option is void.
2.3 Cancellations by Outscal
In the event that Outscal cancels a course, affected participants will be eligible for a full refund within 25 working days of cancellation.
3. How to Cancel (if Eligible)
If eligible for cancellation under this policy, please contact us:

Include details of your enrollment, payment, and reason for the cancellation request.
