The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large, complex projects and can multi-task and collaborate with several technical disciplines utilizing state-of-the-art VDC tools.&nbsp;</div>What You’ll Do<div class="style_descriptionItem__JMSKp"><ul class="tds-list tds-list--unordered"><li>The Senior BIM/VDC Engineer is expected to provide both management and design skills in support of a detailed and accurate BIM model for the Gigafactory.</li> <li>Responsible for proper set up and maintenance of large, federated building models typically involving 8-10 design and engineering disciplines and at least 8-10 manufacturing process models. Background in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture is also acceptable.</li> <li>Proven expertise in working with workshared cloud models on Autodesk BIM360 or similar CDE applications.</li> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, IFC, data interoperability and general awareness of other BIM and parametric design applications.
