To do well in this role,&nbsp;you’ll need to bring senior-level experience and a strategic mindset. We want someone who’s been here before. What you'll bring to the team:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a release management role within the gaming industry.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>AAA Experience leading release management, at least one shipped title (bonus points if you've managed global releases!).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ownership of software development lifecycles, game development pipelines and best practices for launch readiness.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional communication and leadership skills, being able to ensure that all teams are aligned and aware of the project goals.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
