This includes designing new casual free-to-play games for desktop, tablets, and mobile, from initial concept through all stages of the product lifecycle. You will design and balance core loops, progression, rewards and game economy, then extend them through LiveOps: in‑game events, content drops, experiments and monetization changes that address KPI opportunities, lift retention and grow both IAP and ad revenue. Armed with analytical tools, you will translate insights into actions, weigh impact versus effort, and continuously iterate to keep our games fresh and competitive. Working side‑by‑side with developers, artists, QA and marketing in an agile environment, you will articulate strategy and results to stakeholders at every level, ensuring smooth execution.
