Tu Rol:&nbsp;
Buscamos un Game Designer para integrase a nuestro grupo de desarrollo. Como parte del equipo, participarás en la creación y balance de mecánicas&nbsp; y niveles del juego de principio a fin. Deberás escribir y complementar los documentos de diseño y colaborar con los procesos creativos de narrativa, mecánicas y reglas. Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con un equipo experimentado&nbsp;asistiendo en sus tareas y realizarás tareas de investigación, QA sobre el juego, chequeo de datos, textos, etc.

Responsabilidades:
<ul>
<li>Balancear mecánicas de juego.</li>
<li>Crear y balancear escenas de juego.</li>
<li>Escribir y complementar documentos de diseño.</li>
<li>Colaborar con los procesos creativos de narrativa, mecánicas y reglas. </li>
<li>Realizar tareas de investigación y QA sobre el juego (chequear textos, datos, etc).</li>
</ul>
 
Requerimientos:
<ul>
<li>Excelente nivel de inglés.</li>
<li>Conocimientos de planillas de cálculo (Excel, google sheets, etc).</li>
<li>Conocimiento básico de las teorías de Game Design.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fuerte pasión en crear videojuegos.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conocimiento sólido en diversos géneros de videojuegos y plataformas.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conocimiento profundo de los juegos de Ironhide, sus personajes e historias.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Se valorará (no excluyente):</li>
<li>Se valora contar con portafolio de videojuegos como game designer (juegos propios, jams, mods, etc)</li>
<li>Experiencia en desarrollo de videojuegos.</li>
<li>Experiencia con juegos analógicos (Trading Card, juegos de Rol Etc)</li>
<li>Conocimientos de programación / scripting.</li>
<li>Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de diseño. (ej: Adobe Suite)</li>
<li>Capacidad de escribir narrativa, cuentos, etc.</li>
<li>Capacidad de ilustración.</li>
<li>Experiencia con Unity.</li>
<li>Redacción creativa.</li>
