	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 Actalent is actively hiring several entry level designers to work on high voltage power distribution projects. This position will help create designs for power distribution systems. Will assist in design activities, including quality reviews, review of high voltage materials, map out construction for project scopes, monitor and maintain project schedules, report changes that affect the schedule and budget, identify risks that may affect schedule and costs, and presenting opportunities to improve the design and construction of distribution projects. Responsibilities <ul><li> Prepare distribution sketches, calculations, bills of material and any other required documents for construction. This could include plan and profiles, structure loadings, design details, trench and conduit drawings, and equipment specifications.</li><li> Apply client's standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, procedures and industry standards in preparing the design of overhead and/or underground electric distribution facilities. Communicate with client and engineers on project requirements. </li></ul>
Qualifications <ul><li>Associates or Bachelors degree in drafting/design or engineering technology</li><li>0-1 years of relevant drafting and detailing experience with AutoCAD</li><li>Must be comfortable in fielding and office setting. </li></ul>
