orchestration, and modern workflow practices.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Owns complex modernization and migration programs, including transitions from competitive scheduling tools to HWA/IWS or Universal Orchestrator implementations.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Partners closely with presales, product, engineering, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure technical success and Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines (Jenkins), ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Implement best practices for automation governance, standards, and operational competitive schedulers (Autosys, Control-M, Redwood, Automic, etc.) to HWA/IWS.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Design and execute upgrade paths from older HWA/IWS versions to current supported releases.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop scripts, conversion utilities, and bulk job automation approaches to streamline migration efforts.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Technical Delivery & Operations</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Install and configure IWS/HWA components and agents (FTA, DA, XA, SA) in Windows and UNIX environments.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Implement security frameworks including SSL, certificate integration, and secure agent communications.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Optimize automation environments for performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create and
