As an HR Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will support our managers and employees in all organizational and administrative HR topics. You ensure that daily work processes function reliably and are a dependable contact person for internal and external concerns. You will manage HRIS, absence, contracts, support recruiting, and assist with HR processes like performance reviews and salary adjustments.

The position is full-time (38 hours/week) <strong>on-site in Berlin</strong>. Hybrid work is possible.</h3><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Your Responsibilities</h3><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">As an HR Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will support our managers and employees in all organizational and administrative HR topics.
