Location: Indira Nagar Bangalore (Head office : Domlur) Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill their requirements effectively.</li><li>Design Development: Create and refine innovative design concepts that align with project requirements, client preferences, and budget constraints.</li><li>Quality Design Deliverables: Creation and delivery of design concepts, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality.</li><li>Quotation/BOQ Preparation: Prepare detailed quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.</li><li>Independent Project Handling: Independently manage entire projects from conceptualization to completion, including design, client liaison, and material selection.</li><li>Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client expectations regarding budget and design aesthetics.</li><li>Adherence to Company Policies: Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement team, and other design professionals, to ensure cohesive project delivery</li><li>Quality Control: Maintain a rigorous standard of design quality, paying meticulous attention to detail to exceed client expectations consistently.</li><li>Customer Experience Ownership: Take ownership of the customer experience throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships</li></ul>
 Requirements: <ul><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, etc.</li><li>Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with a minimum of 4 years experience in residential projects as a senior designer.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in material selection, execution, and preparation of quotation.</li><li>Modular Design: Proficiency in modular design principles, including material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.</li><li>Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering 10 to 15 residential projects successfully.</li></ul>
Behavioural Attributes: Possess attributes such as result orientation, teamwork, integrity, crisp communication, and a strong willingness to learn.
