You will lead a talented team of artists, working closely with product managers, game developers, and level designers to ensure the artistic direction enhances the gameplay experience. Your expertise will be key in developing a unique, polished, and consistent visual style for Match Hotel and features, from concept art to final production.</span></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>In this role you will;</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Define and oversee the visual/artistic style and quality for Match Hotel!, ensuring consistency across all visual elements, including environments, characters, UI/UX, and animations, as well as SFX and music.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 2D/3D artists. Provide constructive feedback to maintain the high-quality standard.</li><li>Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the artistic vision complements the gameplay mechanics and enhances the overall user experience.</li><li>Develop art concepts, style guides, and reference materials to communicate the visual direction to the team.</li><li>Review and approve art assets, ensuring they meet technical and aesthetic requirements. Ensure smooth integration of art assets into the game engine.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and push the boundaries, continuously finding new ways to enhance the visual appeal of the game.</li><li>Collaborate with producers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of art assets while maintaining quality by assisting GM and other managers in managing and building feature roadmaps. Own and supervise the art team’s roadmap.</li><li>Serve as a pillar for the studio’s culture, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Promote company values and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>What we are looking for;</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>8+ years of experience in game art development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or director role, ideally in mobile gaming.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in 3D art, character design, environment art, and UI/UX for games.
