Altoros is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves creating documentation, planning, and managing new mobile and web application projects. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, guiding the team in estimating project timelines, overseeing engineering development, facilitating meetings, managing project conflicts, and ensuring high operational performance. The role also involves collaborating with team leads, conducting post-mortem analysis, and preparing project updates for senior management. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and business analysis skills.

We are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible creating documentation, planning and managing new projects in the company - mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines</li><li>Guide the team in accurately estimating project timelines and facilitate team estimates</li><li>Oversee the progress of engineering development projects and coordinate sprint releases</li><li>Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospectiveGuide the team in accurately estimating project timelines and facilitate team estimates</li><li>Drive team execution during iterations, communicate with management and stakeholders, and shield the team from excessive workloads</li><li>Manage project conflicts, address challenges, and adapt to dynamic business requirements to ensure high operational performance</li><li>Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks</li><li>Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices and enhance productivity</li><li>Proactively identify and remove obstacles to facilitate workflow</li><li>Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) to support accurate estimates and efficient execution</li><li>Prepare and present high-level project updates for senior management</li><li>Perform other necessary duties as required</li></ul>
Qualification:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, or a related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within the IT field, including gathering requirements and documentation, finalizing requirements with customers, and preparing for the development team</li><li>1+ year of Blockchain experience&nbsp;</li><li>Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies (SCRUM / Agile), and best practices</li><li>Ability to track deliverables from internal and external teams with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving abilities</li><li>Experience in business analysis and modeling/prototyping tools</li><li>Experience with RDBMS is highly advantageous</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in English: Upper Intermediate/Advanced </li></ul>
