Workday Technical Lead

As a Workday Technical Lead, you'll ensure Workday is optimally configured to support HR, payroll, and recruitment processes. You'll have 3+ years of experience with Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) and strong problem-solving skills. Workday certification is a plus.

 As a Workday Technical Lead / Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the future growth of AML RightSource. Collaborating intimately with key HR and recruitment stakeholders, as well as the global Workday team, your role will be to ensure that Workday is configured optimally to support our HR, payroll, recruitment and other processes. Using your knowledge of Workday configurations and expertise in at least one key Workday module, you will ensure that we maximize the system's functionality and optimize processes for maximum efficiency Primary Responsibilities <ul><li>Work closely with the Workday IT Owner to streamline processes across all AML RightSource location</li><li>Assist in the implementation of new features and modules within the existing Workday ecosystem</li><li>Manage system upgrades while ensuring effective communication with all Workday users</li><li>Respond swiftly to complex situations by researching and resolving HRIS-related problems such as reporting needs, integration issues, or business process challenge</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation and drive their integration into existing processes</li><li>Troubleshoot system errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and solutions, prioritizing issues, and assessing the impact of each issues</li><li>Support the implementation and execution of processes and controls related to data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures</li><li>Partner with HR Workstream, Technical Workstream, Recruiting and IT Operations to ensure solutions meet requirements, are scalable as well as meet operational objectives</li><li>Provide comprehensive architectural support to PM, Solution Architects, Process Owners and SMEs to ensure Workday HCM solutions are functionally, and technically viable, scalable, and harmonized with a global solution where applicable</li><li>Collaborate with business users to (help them) maintain and update data, tables, lists, reference entries, and other configurable items in Workday</li><li>Evaluate solution recommendations functionally and technically</li><li>Train Workday team member</li></ul>
 Required Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Business fluent in English</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with various (min. 2) Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruiting</li><li>Workday Certification</li><li>Good knowledge of Workday implementation tools and methodologies</li><li>Understanding of HR processes and data to ensure correct implementation of Workday</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets within Workday</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously</li><li>.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience</li><li>An open mind towards services and innovation in dynamic environment</li><li>A high degree of security awareness and user friendliness</li></ul>
