The role requires experience in professional real estate photography (at least 2 years), proficiency with photography techniques, and strong time management skills. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to work in real estate photography. The position is based in San Francisco and requires occasional travel to properties in and around the area. In addition, there are some in-office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Capture high-quality 3D virtual tours and photographs to support marketing efforts for industry-leading marketplaces.
</li><li>Create a visually compelling portfolio of real estate photos to showcase homes and apartments, using advanced photography techniques.
</li><li>Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to efficiently manage appointments and meet client needs.
</li><li>Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, and partners to evaluate priorities and manage tasks effectively.
</li><li>Take ownership of the market by exploring commercial real estate and capturing necessary data, identifying new inventory, and photographing commercial properties.
</li><li>Adhere to safety standards while safeguarding company vehicles and equipment.
</li><li>Represent the client in a professional manner at all times.
</li><li>Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
</li><li>At least 2 years of professional real estate photo experience, with field experience preferred.
</li><li>Experience with Matterport is a plus; however, we are willing to train qualified candidates.
</li><li>Ability to capture and input data accurately.
</li><li>Quick to learn and apply new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
</li><li>Proficient with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and related apps.

Requirements:

<li>Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, as well as standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
</li><li>Frequent hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and input data on tablets or laptops.
</li><li>Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting as required to perform job functions.
</li><li>Ability to work and drive outdoors during all seasons.
</li><li>Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
