This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

</li><li>Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
</li><li>Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.

 About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to manage a wide range of programs. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of the GCC. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization. Roles and responsibilities: • Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.• Ensure contracts are fulfilled and the services and products are deployed • Understand client needs and identify business opportunities.• Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed. • Develop customized programs to meet client needs • Provide client consultations about company products or services. • Develop business proposals and make product presentations for clients.• Build positive and productive relationships with clients. • Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines. • Develop account strategies to meet monthly revenue target.• Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans.• Develop business opportunities with existing clients to achieve revenue goals.• Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction • Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements • Proven experience as Client Partner• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics• Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting • A business acumen with a strategic ability • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills• MBA or equivalent with 20 years of experience. Preferred Experience and Skills: • Experience in a GCC Setup • Professional service delivery experience in a multi-national organization • Conceptual knowledge of modern enterprise technology • Understanding of CSAT/NPS frameworks • Hands-on with Microsoft Office and tool
