The Environment Prop Lead at Infinity Ward oversees the creation and quality standards of environment models. You’ll join a team of leaders focusing on empowering our global team of artists and help make our maps and environments come alive through realism and storytelling.We’re seeking an experienced artist who knows the ins and outs of creating believable and interesting models, within the technical and artistic constraints of consoles and mobile. You should be able to educate artists and describe why or how an asset can look better or be more performant. Collaborating comes natural to you, guiding others to be successful in their task.Being an ambassador for environmental prop art, you’ll represent the Infinity Ward Studio within the franchise working with level artists, photogrammetry experts, leads and Directors within our and other Call of Duty studios. As a Client Support Engineer at Anthology, you'll provide multi-level troubleshooting and technical support to Tier 1 engineers via phone and email.  You'll handle complex technical issues for new and existing customers, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Product Development, Engineering, vendors). Responsibilities include fault reproduction, root cause analysis, bug tracking, and knowledge base updates. You'll collaborate on product improvements, represent the support department in meetings, and manage the technical contributions of other engineers.  Experience with object-oriented programming (preferably Java), multi-node environments, and application server maintenance is crucial.  Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
