As AppsFlyer grows in Asia and throughout the world, we’re looking for a passionate marketer who is also a top-notch content creator. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and highly motivated Marketing Associate to own cross-channel marketing initiatives across India. Responsibilities <ul><li>The Marketing Manager will be responsible for local adaptation and activation of global campaigns, as well as initiating India-first campaigns.</li><li>The role’s focus will primarily be on content creation and distribution which includes the development of reports, one-pagers and the like. It also involves end-to-end ideation and creation of on-ground field events. </li><li>The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and have the ability to work at both the strategic and tactical level: generating creative ideas for growth, executing best-in-class marketing campaigns, analyzing data trends, and solving marketers’ problems. This position is based in Bangalore and reports directly to the India Country Manager, dotted line to the Director of Marketing. </li></ul>
Requirements <ul><li>Crucial: great at and keenly interested in content creation particularly in crafting reports. </li><li>Excellent organizational, communications, and problem-solving skills. Great balance of creative and analytical skills.</li><li>3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS technology company – ideally with a focus on the mobile app ecosystem or mar-tech.</li><li>Solid understanding of the mobile marketing industry and marketing technology trends</li><li>Experience building product marketing, customer advocacy, sales, and PR enablement in India.</li><li>Native English speaker with exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Master at distilling complex ideas into easy-to-understand narratives for a range of audiences, without minimizing technical capabilities</li><li>Dynamic thinker that thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Thinks quickly, strategically, and creatively to meet deadlines with support and collaboration from a global team. Strong multitasker</li><li>Strategic mindset while being execution-driven.</li><li>Keen knowledge in growth marketing and demand generation, a plus. </li><li>Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. </li></ul>

What you'll bring to the team:&nbsp;

<li>Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a release management role within the gaming industry.&nbsp;</li>

<li>AAA Experience leading release management, at least one shipped title (bonus points if you've managed global releases!).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ownership of software development lifecycles, game development pipelines and best practices for launch readiness.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Exceptional communication and leadership skills, being able to ensure that all teams are aligned and aware of the project goals.&nbsp;</li>
