Job Description:We are seeking talented 3D Artists with 1-2 years of experience in the Architectural Visualization industry. The ideal candidates should have a sharp eye for detail, a solid understanding of visual composition, and the ability to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders. Expertise in lighting, materials, textures, and post-processing is essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools like 3D Max, Blender, Maya, and Photoshop. The 3D Artist will responsible for the design to create immersive environments and visualizations using Vray or Corona for rendering. Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities:- Create realistic 3D models and elevations for architectural visualization projects.- Develop high-quality textures, materials, and shaders for photorealistic renders.- Set up and manage lighting to achieve realistic visual quality.- Perform post-processing to enhance final outputs.- Interpret CAD drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models.- Efficiently manage project timelines and meet deadlines.- Continuously incorporate feedback to improve the quality of outputs.- Solve technical challenges related to rendering and visualization, ensuring smooth project execution. Required Skills:- Proficiency in 3D Max for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering (Vray or Corona).- Experience with Blender and Photoshop for texturing and post-processing.- Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, and shader development.- Familiarity with architectural plans and CAD files for 3D modeling.- Unreal Engine experience is a plus but not required.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Minimum Criteria:- At least 1 year of professional experience in Architectural Visualization.- A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering capabilities.
