Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Arkadium, you'll bridge business strategy with data-driven insights.  You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to analyze key metrics, interpret trends, and provide actionable recommendations for growth.  Responsibilities include conducting ad-hoc analyses using statistical methods, translating data findings into actionable recommendations, defining and owning data processes (from event tracking to dashboard building), developing and maintaining data visualizations, collaborating with business units to identify data needs, ensuring data integrity, and working with engineering and data teams to optimize data models.  The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Python/R, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
