We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

Yes No.of Reportees : 80 Job Titles of reportees : Associates, Production Supervisor and Engineers Position Summary: The person is responsible for carrying out production activity effectively with optimum utilisation of resources. The person is also responsible for ontime delivery of customer ordered material. Roles and Responsibilities: <ul><li> Aligning assembly production activity inline with the production plan received from planning department. </li><li> Production confirmation in SAP with yield and rejection. </li><li> Manpower allocation as per skill matrix for daily plan achievment. </li><li> Responsible for multiskilling and training of manpower based on skill matrix. </li><li> Responsible for resolve quality issues and reduction in rejection, analysis and action plan for material rejection in assembly shop. </li><li> Responsble for achieving daily and monthly production target. </li><li> Responsible for improving per person productivity. </li><li> Monitoring the routine maintenance of shopfloor machinery to avoid major breakdown. </li><li> Responsible for implementing the actions taken for customer complaints. </li><li> Responsible for initiating procurement action related to consumables and tooling. </li><li> Responsible for maintaining EHS norms in the production area and ensuring zero tolerance in safety. </li><li> Responsible for reducing WIP on shopfloor and maintain defined MTPT levels. </li><li> Lead the production team for activities like Lean, Kaizen and 5S. </li><li> Key intiative in new product development trials and observations, Line set ups. </li></ul>
