Accountabilities: As a Senior Consultant, you will ensure optimum performance and stability for multiple systems for the Quality Control Systems capability for AstraZeneca Operations. Proficiency in understanding and following processes methodically. Proactive self-starter with a strong focus on delivery. Experience in setting long-term strategic directions. Familiarity with technology and QC platforms. Outcome-focused mindset, taking personal responsibility for delivering results while embracing change and utilizing a growth mindset to focus on client outcomes. ITIL Knowledge of Change, incident, and problem management. Must be strong in interpersonal communication. Should be able to work collaboratively and efficiently with multiple teams in multiple geographies. Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities. Good administrative and organizational skills. Experience on Windows/UNIX application environment and understanding of client-server / distributed computing concepts. “End User First” mindset to understand business needs and flexibility to adopt to business demands. Familiarity with life sciences (Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology ITIL certification Experience in delivery of application support and maintenance. Good understanding of Lonza MODA, Labware LIMS any other QC systems. Experience handling GxP systems.
