Intern - Founder's Associate

Atopia is seeking a proactive and organized Intern - Founder's Associate to work alongside the CEO in a high-growth environment. This role involves providing hands-on support in project management, business development, research, and operations. The intern will assist with daily operations, document preparation, meeting organization, and communications. They will also lead and manage projects with museums, conduct industry research, and collaborate with the marketing team. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into running a startup and make a real impact in the innovative arts and culture industry. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business or cultural management and experience in business development or marketing.

<p>Atopia is transforming how people access and experience arts and culture. Our VR and web-based platform enables museums, galleries, and heritage sites to create <strong style="color: inherit;">immersive, interactive virtual exhibitions</strong> using an <strong style="color: inherit;">easy drag-and-drop editor</strong> and publish them with a single click. These exhibitions are accessible on all major VR headsets and standard laptops, placing institutions on a <strong style="color: inherit;">shared platform</strong> where they can reach millions of culture enthusiasts worldwide who may not be able to visit in person. By offering playful, interactive storytelling, Atopia also helps institutions engage new generations in meaningful cultural experiences.</p>
<p>Based in Munich’s Neue Balan campus alongside industry leaders like Meta, Atopia operates as a remote-first company with an international team, dedicated to making arts and culture accessible to all.</p>

As Atopia’s Founder’s Associate, you will be the CEO’s strategic partner, providing hands-on support across a range of critical business areas—from project management and business development to research and operations. The position is ideal for someone with a background in business or cultural management and experience in fields such as business development, growth marketing, or B2B marketing.</p>

<li><strong style="color: inherit;">Direct Support in Strategy &amp; Operations:</strong> Assist the CEO with daily operations, document preparation, meeting organization, and communications to ensure streamlined processes and effective time management.</li>
<li><strong style="color: inherit;">Project Management:</strong> Lead and manage own projects with world-leading museums, coordinating with internal teams to achieve business milestones and support the company&amp;#39;s growth.</li>
<li><strong style="color: inherit;">Research &amp; Market Analysis:</strong> Conduct industry research and competitive analysis, providing actionable insights that inform Atopia’s strategies and product decisions.</li>
<li><strong style="color: inherit;">Marketing &amp; Growth:</strong> Collaborate with the marketing team to drive growth initiatives and enhance brand recognition within the museum and cultural sectors.</li>
<li><strong style="color: inherit;">Business Development:</strong> Support new partnership development within the cultural and media industries, helping expand Atopia’s network and reach.</li>
<li><strong style="color: inherit;">Financial Analysis:</strong> Help monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and assist with budgeting, enabling data-driven decision-making.</li>

<p>We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable team member who’s excited about arts and culture and ready to make a real impact. If you have a Background in Business, Cultural Management, or Marketing, at least a year of related experience, and a genuine passion for expanding access to cultural experiences, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
