This role requires self-starter and ownership mindset, a combination of strategic thinking and execution excellence and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role carries a revenue goal.</div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>Why Attentive needs you</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li><b>Define and Execute the Partnership Strategy for the Region</b> in alignment with the international partnership strategy. Work with the Director of International Partnerships to conduct market sizing, segmentation, and prioritization of partner segments, define initiatives and create a roadmap to achieve business objectives</li><li><b>Acquire and Activate New Agencies:</b> Identify potential agency partners that drive pipeline, revenue and effectively manage our clients’ engagement programs. Proactively engage with agencies to communicate the benefits of our partner program and&nbsp; collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and onboard new agency partners</li><li><b>Grow and Optimize Technology Partnerships:</b> Identify opportunities for expansion into new tech partner categories. Leverage cross-functional resources and programs to scale existing tech partner relationships and embed them into Attentive’s go-to-market strategy</li><li><b>Build and Grow Partner Relationships: </b>Conduct territory planning with partners and the Attentive teams to identify opportunities. Implement a range of 1:1 and 1-many activities to foster engagement and drive joint goals. Act as the primary point of contact for regional partners, addressing their needs and concerns</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </b>Partner closely with marketing, sales, partner enablement, and product teams to understand partner needs and align them with our offerings, advocate for partner feedback and collaborate with regional sales &amp; CS teams to drive customer outcomes with partners. Communicate and evangelise the successes of strategic partnerships to internal stakeholders across various organisations within Attentive</li></ul></ul></div></div><div class="section page-centered"><div><h3>About you</h3><ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).</li><li>5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles within the Martech (or adjacent) industry in Australia or the broader APAC region. Experience managing partnerships across agencies, ISVs, SIs and consultancies.</li><li>Understanding of typical agency service models and financial drivers.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Advanced communication skills and the ability to&nbsp; engage both internal and external stakeholders.
