As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. You will also create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.

</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

 Job Description:Looking for a creative, committed &amp; co-operative Motion Designer to work on a critical &amp; time-sensitive project. We are working on a new Mobile Word game which we need to pitch to a Game Publisher. We need Word Search game mechanics to be recreated in After effects. We need good Particle effects, Screen Transitions &amp; other attractive animations for this video.We also need a video recording of myself to be overlaid &amp; combined with the relevant game animations.In this video recording, I will be explaining &amp; presenting the idea to the Game Publisher. The videos need to be exported in MP4 format with optimised file sizes.I need eye-catching animations to introduce the game(s), showcase the game mechanics, highlight the game concept &amp; engage/hook the Publisher to watch the complete video &amp; become interested in my new game idea. The designer should also be familiar with some simple video editing like cropping, combining video clippings, overlay pngs on video &amp; transition effects.The final video will be 3 minutes or longer in duration.
