As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. 	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

This role requires a STEM & Robotics instructor with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Robotics/Electronics/Mechatronics or related fields. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a teaching faculty at a reputed school and prior experience with working robotics models, AI models, and related tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effectively teaching and managing classroom activities.

 We are looking to hire a full time STEM &amp; Robotics trainers to work with us. This position will mainly deal with Robotics and STEM related content delivery, hands-on projects, organizing and getting participation for various competitions and will be a full time faculty role at a very prestigious school. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Planning and teaching STEM &amp; Robotics lessons and labs</li><li>Writing assignments, quizzes, and tests</li><li>Grading students and communicating with parents about their progress</li><li>Facilitating student learning and overseeing hands-on learning</li><li>Monitoring student progress through formal and informal assessments</li><li>Working with other teachers and administrators to promote overall student achievement</li><li>Staying on top of new robotics technologies and standards</li><li>Managing classroom behavior by enforcing rules and implementing safety procedures</li></ul>
 Skills Required: <ul><li>Flexibility. All students learn differently, and a good robotics teacher will make sure to provide a variety of lessons for different learning styles.</li><li>Organization. Teaching requires a long list of administrative tasks, along with lesson planning and instruction time. A robotics teacher needs to be organized for optimal effectiveness.</li><li>Patience. Not every student will be a natural at robotics. Patience with students who learn differently or more slowly is essential for ensuring that all students succeed.</li><li>Energy. A instructor should have an abundance of energy to meet the demands of the job, including administrative tasks, making robotics fun and interesting to students, and staying on top of changes in the industry.</li><li>Positive. A positive attitude in the classroom helps to create a safe and respectful learning environment for optimal student learning.</li></ul>
