 We are seeking a Senior iOS Programmer with expertise in Swift and a drive for developing advanced AR/VR gaming experiences on Apple platforms. If you’re a technical leader with a passion for crafting exceptional gameplay on iOS and visionOS, we want to hear from you.<h3 dir="ltr">About the Role </h3>As a Senior iOS/visionOS Programmer at Resolution Games, you will take part in developing games using Swift for the Apple ecosystem. Focusing on Apple’s latest advancements in AR and VR, including the Apple Vision Pro, your technical contributions will span gameplay mechanics, performance optimizations, and seamless integration of cutting-edge features, all aimed at delivering immersive and polished gaming experiences.You’ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of talented artists, designers, and developers to bring intricate, captivating games to life. Leveraging your deep expertise in Apple technologies and proactive problem-solving approach, you’ll play a key role in guiding architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and delivering top-tier solutions optimized for performance across various devices.In this team, we work with native Apple tools and technologies such as Swift and Xcode to deliver the best possible experience for all Apple platforms, including visionOS and iOS. For 3D graphics, we rely on RealityKit and Metal to ensure efficient rendering across platforms, building shaders in both Reality Composer Pro and Metal. Our user interfaces are built in SwiftUI combined with RealityKit to create visually rich and user-friendly games. We collaborate using Git and GitHub and our delivery pipeline is automated with Fastlane running on GitHub Actions continuously publishing builds to TestFlight.<h3 dir="ltr">What you’ll do</h3><ul>
<li dir="ltr">Architect, develop, and implement complex gameplay systems and support features for games on iOS and visionOS using Swift.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Lead optimization efforts to ensure smooth performance across high- and low-spec Apple devices.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Integrate advanced graphics, animations, and audio features in collaboration with artists and other departments.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Mentor team members, setting high standards in coding practices, technical documentation, and performance benchmarks.</li>
</ul><h3 dir="ltr">Requirements</h3><ul>
<li dir="ltr">5+ years of experience in Swift development, with proven experience building complex, high-performance applications.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Experience in a cross-functional, collaborative environment, particularly in a gaming or interactive media context.</li>
<li dir="ltr">In-depth understanding of Apple’s ecosystem, with experience in optimizing applications for devices like iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Proven experience leading and mentoring junior developers.</li>

<li dir="ltr">Proficiency in Unity and C#.</li>

 Overview Of The Role As a Manager- Visual Product Design, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire design process from ideation to execution of company products. We are looking for someone who can focus on the functionality and overall visual elements that enhance the client’s ability to navigate within digital products effortlessly. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Oversee the design process for new products and enhancements, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience.</li><li>Mentor associate designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them nurture their skills.</li><li>Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and technical constraints.</li><li>Strategically plan and create visual aids like wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to articulate and showcase user interface designs.</li><li>Present product design ideas to leadership and take direction whenever necessary.</li><li>Showcase great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements.</li><li>Provide feedback on existing or newly developed user experiences to the engineering team. </li><li>Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our digital products.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.</li><li>Take ownership of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results on time. </li></ul>
Skills And Qualification <ul><li>Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or any other design-related field of study.</li><li>11+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. </li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills and experience in creating design systems and components.</li><li>Experience with responsive design and an understanding of the nuances of designing for various devices and platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrate high proficiency in Figma, encompassing component creation and management, prototyping, and collaboration features, along with excellent visual design skills and a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and work collaboratively with non-design stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively with a passion for creating user-centric solutions which will require high level of creativity and initiative to bring innovative ideas to the table. </li></ul>
