 Overview Of The Role As a Manager- Visual Product Design, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire design process from ideation to execution of company products. We are looking for someone who can focus on the functionality and overall visual elements that enhance the client’s ability to navigate within digital products effortlessly. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Oversee the design process for new products and enhancements, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience.</li><li>Mentor associate designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them nurture their skills.</li><li>Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and technical constraints.</li><li>Strategically plan and create visual aids like wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to articulate and showcase user interface designs.</li><li>Present product design ideas to leadership and take direction whenever necessary.</li><li>Showcase great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements.</li><li>Provide feedback on existing or newly developed user experiences to the engineering team. </li><li>Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our digital products.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.</li><li>Take ownership of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results on time. </li></ul>
Skills And Qualification <ul><li>Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or any other design-related field of study.</li><li>11+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. </li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills and experience in creating design systems and components.</li><li>Experience with responsive design and an understanding of the nuances of designing for various devices and platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrate high proficiency in Figma, encompassing component creation and management, prototyping, and collaboration features, along with excellent visual design skills and a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and work collaboratively with non-design stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively with a passion for creating user-centric solutions which will require high level of creativity and initiative to bring innovative ideas to the table. </li></ul>
