The Marketing Lead CN / 高级营销主管 at Outfit7's Shanghai branch is responsible for developing and overseeing the annual game brand and mobile game product distribution plan, allocating budget and resources to ensure ROI as per HQ guidelines.  This role involves leading the execution, rollout, optimization, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns based on China market insights.  The successful candidate will build and manage the China marketing team, covering product marketing (games, content, etc.), user acquisition, brand management, and creative aspects.  They will serve as the operational and strategic link between the China office and headquarters, maintaining marketing performance reporting and communication.  The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, native Chinese fluency, and strong English proficiency.

You will plan you shift team resources (Front end production associates) and allocate them to focus on Daily operation, Periodic inspection and maintenance, predictive maintenance and corrective Maintenance activities in front end. you will gain mastery in Process troubleshooting and maintenance of Cupper Bodymakers and trimmers, train the team and get the best out of them. You will act as a link between Shift Manager, Area Leader, maintenance supervisor, toolroom, maintenance engineers, Electrical engineers, spareparts stores and co-ordinate all the activities of Maintenance, improvements, TPM, 5’s activities in the area. You will strive hard to achieve area KPI’s through collaboration, teamwork and planning. </span><span><strong>Educational Requirements<span><br></span><span><br></span></strong></span>Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Toolroom technology.<span><br></span><span><br></span><span><strong>Previous Experience<span><br></span><span><br></span></strong></span>4 Years maintenance / repair experience in manufacturing background in a high speed, high volume continuous process plant with hydraulic and Mechanical presses. Exmple automotive ancillary producing body parts.<span><br></span><span><br></span>Successful track record in mechanical maintenance. Hands on experience in maintenance / alignment / set up / trouble shooting of Gearboxes, Complex assemblies, Hydraulic Circuits, Heavy duty mechanical power press and similar imported Equipment using specialized tools and tackles.<span><br></span><span><br></span>Experience in machine shop, lathe, Milling, surface Grinding.<span><br></span><span><br></span><span><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies Required<span><br></span><span><br></span></strong></span>Must be able to work shifts and able to work extended hours on occasions when required.<span><br></span><span><br></span>Computer literacy and the ability to generate reports.
