As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be a self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.

	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3>

<li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
</li><li>Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
</li><li>Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

 The Cloud Operation Engineering business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry-leading SaaS solutions to simplify operations and spend smarter. You will be responsible for the execution of incident management process while ensuring system availability and performance. In this role, you will lead troubleshooting efforts, perform investigations into complex operational issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. This role requires sound knowledge of cloud environments, computer networking, system administration, and security practices. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incident Management</li> <ul><li>Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM tool for the processing of catalogued service requests in our SaaS offerings. </li></ul>
<li>Problem Management:</li> <ul><li>Take ownership of cloud incident response, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex issues impacting service availability.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of service outages.</li></ul>
<li>Cloud Technology:</li> <ul><li>Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud-based services by implementing best practices for monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response.</li></ul>
<li>Networking:</li> <ul><li>Lead troubleshooting of complex networking issues affecting cloud performance.</li></ul>
<li>System Administration:</li> <ul><li>Perform administration of Linux and Windows Server environments in cloud platforms.</li></ul>
<li>Database:</li> <ul><li>Proficiency in SQL and Oracle for implementing database change requests.</li></ul>
<li>SFTP and Secure Transfers:</li> <ul><li>Lead the troubleshooting of SFTP issue, ensuring secure and seamless file transfer processes.</li></ul>
<li>SSO and Authentication:</li> <ul><li>Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) systems, ensuring secure and efficient user access management across cloud environments.</li></ul>
<li>Monitoring and Optimization:</li> <ul><li>Utilize Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of cloud systems.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements and cost optimization.</li></ul>
