The Environment Prop Lead at Infinity Ward oversees the creation and quality standards of environment models.  Responsibilities include mentoring artists, prioritizing tasks, improving workflows, collaborating with other studios, and ensuring assets meet technical and artistic requirements for consoles and mobile. You’ll join a team of leaders focusing on empowering our global team of artists and help make our maps and environments come alive through realism and storytelling.</p><p aria-hidden="true"></p><p>We’re seeking an experienced artist who knows the ins and outs of creating believable and interesting models, within the technical and artistic constraints of consoles and mobile. You should be able to educate artists and describe why or how an asset can look better or be more performant. As a mentor you’re proactively finding solutions to improve pipelines and workflows and deliver clear and constructive feedback to both internal and external artists with confidence. The Streamer Manager (CIS Countries) will reach out to and build relationships with gaming streamers on Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok to promote the Big Time game. Responsibilities include generating leads, scheduling meetings, presenting the game, and quantitatively evaluating the marketing funnel.  The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, a passion for gaming, experience in content creation and social media management, and fluency in English and Russian. This is a part-time, remote position.
