As a Lead Game Developer, you will work in highly motivated, interdisciplinary production teams, ensuring the quality of technical planning and codebase, and collaborating closely with the development team. You will create an awesome gaming experience for players and act as a mentor. Responsibilities include supervising and participating in all aspects of game development from planning to optimization, defining technical requirements, solving technical and organizational problems, incorporating stakeholder requirements, managing and mentoring the development team, and driving knowledge sharing through code reviews and pair-programming sessions.
