class="leading-relaxed">Partner with copy, growth, and design teams to bring ideas to life across platforms and ensure consistency and cohesion.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Analyze performance data and engagement trends with the team, then iterate quickly and thoughtfully based on platform learnings.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage a high volume of ad projects efficiently, balancing speed, precision, and expert detail across every deliverable.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Take initiative in creative strategy, working collaboratively to bring new ideas and continuous improvements to paid advertising.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Spearhead the integration of generative AI tools to significantly increase creative volume, automate variation generation, and Bachelor’s Degree RequiredEXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:<ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">7+ years of experience in digital or performance design, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or DTC.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven track record of designing, testing, and scaling a high volume of ROI-positive ad creative across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and emerging channels.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects (or equivalent motion tools).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) and adapting content across aspect ratios and formats.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong understanding of creative testing and how audience insights inform performance.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with A/B testing, advertising platform management (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads), and performance and engagement analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Comfortable diving into data and using insights to guide creative decisions.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience using AI tools to support concepting, iteration, and creative development.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong attention to detail across color, typography,
