Job Description:We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Publishing Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at our İzmir office. As a Publishing Operations Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of mobile game development. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will be involved in tasks ranging from game testing and quality assurance to supporting the development of creative game content. Location: İzmir (Turkey), on-site Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assisting in game testing and quality assurance processes to ensure a seamless gaming experience</li><li>Supporting gaming operations process</li><li>Supporting the creation and development of game content, including graphics and animations</li><li>Collaborating with the team to contribute fresh ideas and insights for mobile game improvement</li><li>Assisting in the analysis of player behavior and feedback to enhance game features</li><li>Learning and adapting to various aspects of mobile game development under the guidance of experienced mentors</li></ul>
 Requirements: <ul><li>Enthusiasm and passion for the mobile gaming industry</li><li>At least one year experience</li><li>Basic understanding of mobile game mechanics, design principles, and user experience</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>English language skills in speaking, writing, and comprehension are required</li><li>İzmir residents or those without relocation issues</li><li>Enthusiasm for following trends &amp; daily updates in the industry</li><li>Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in game development, computer science, or a related field would be a plus, however, it’s not mandatory</li><li>Knows how to use JIRA – nice to have</li></ul>
