</span><span><strong>Requirements<span><br></span><span><br></span></strong></span><span>      <ul><span><li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a marketing agency or similar environment.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both static and motion design work.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Experience in UI design and familiarity with design principles for digital platforms.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Understanding of the creative process and ability to provide constructive feedback to designers.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Excellent leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Strong English language skills.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span></li></span><span><li>Flexibility to work with onshore and offshore teams and accommodate different time zones.</li></span></ul>
