The APAC Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Manager supports the implementation of WBD's DEI strategy across APAC. Provide DEI consulting and support services to stakeholder group.</li><li>Support the development and act as a trusted advisor to regional chapters of the WBD Business Resource Groups (BRG) to enable them to operate successfully in alignment with the Company’s DEI strategy. This will also include budget governance.</li><li>Develop and oversee the rollout of activities for the APAC Diversity Calendar including the planning and execution of key regional DEI events across multiple countries (virtual and physical).</li><li>Provide end to end project management support on the activation of various local DEI programmatic efforts identified by both Global and Regional leads.</li><li>Partner with Learning &amp; Development and/or other internal departments to organise, schedule and deliver DEI initiatives to build leadership capability and advance talent within local budgets. e.g., facilitate DEI training programs/workshops. As required, identify and work with local vendors and external facilitators.</li><li>Collaborate and partner closely with the People and Culture and Talent Acquisitions team to ensure effective DEI practices are embedded into every phase of the talent and development lifecycles to advance belonging and inclusion for our people.</li><li>Cultivate and manage external DEI partner relationships and memberships, ensuring that we maximise opportunities; participate in benchmarking surveys; awards; regional committees etc.</li><li>Proactively provide data-driven insights to identify and prioritise&nbsp;areas&nbsp;of opportunity for targeted interventions across region. &nbsp; Conduct regular DEI analysis of internal DEI activities including ROI. Ensure a strong understanding of metrics.</li><li>Develop periodic DEI reports using internal tools, prepare presentations and ensure budget tracker for own stakeholder group is up to date and accurate on a regular basis.</li><li>Support DEI large scale efforts by joining Global and/or International DEI Project groups. About You You are a digital marketing expert with a passion for performance-driven strategies. You’re comfortable working across a wide range of marketing tasks, from developing digital strategies to overseeing execution across multiple channels. Your data-driven approach ensures that every campaign delivers measurable results, and your ability to collaborate makes you a trusted partner for internal teams. You’re highly organised, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat. Skills &amp; Experience <ul><li>2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Industry experience in finance and/or fintech is a plus.</li><li>Proven track record in running paid digital campaigns with a monthly budget of $20K+.</li><li>Strong understanding of web design and development principles for both web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Expertise in SEO/SEM, keyword research, and briefing creative projects for content and design teams.</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects, building sprint plans, and tracking delivery timelines.</li><li>Ability to communicate and influence creative decisions, working closely with other teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute roadmaps to address challenges. </li></ul>
