This is a paid internship (returnship) program for women who have previously worked as full-time employees and are looking to restart their careers.  The program focuses on providing practical work experience in the HR department, along with training and mentorship to develop professional skills.  Responsibilities include supporting organization development initiatives (planning and executing employee training and events, creating materials, managing logistics), talent acquisition (managing applicant data, scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding), and general HR/administrative project support.  Strong communication (English and Japanese), problem-solving, and data analysis skills are essential.

Senior Software Engineer needed for AS400 application development and maintenance using RPG, ILE RPG, and CL.  Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analysis, solution design, development/modification of programs, unit testing, support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment to Test/Production systems, and post-Go-Live support.  Experience with Infor XA is a plus.  The role also involves data migration and system upgrades.  Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.  The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

 Job Summary: The candidate should have AS400 Development tools skills like RPG, ILE RPG. If candidate comes with Infor XA development skills, it is an added advantage. The candidate will work on Customization/Enhancements to Client needs on the Infor XA application. The candidate should be able to gather the requirements, analyze the requirements, identify a possible solution, and develop/modify the program(s) to get the results. The candidate should be able to perform unit test as well support client on User Acceptance Testing. The candidate should be able to support client to push the development into Test/Production systems upon completing UAT and support post GO Live. Candidate should also support any data migration or upgrade to systems. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering from Reputed Institution or University with Academic Excellence. Experience: 3 to 6 Years Job Description <ul><li>Develop and maintain AS400 applications using RPG (Report Program Generator), CL (Control Language), and other relevant programming languages.</li><li>Design and implement database structures and file layouts on the AS400 platform.</li><li>Write, test, and debug AS400 programs to ensure their accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards.</li><li>Perform unit testing and participate in system testing and integration testing activities.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AS400 applications, including performance optimization, error handling, and data integrity.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Knowledge of additional programming languages, such as SQL, to support integration efforts.</li><li>Certification in AS400 or related technologies (added advantage). </li></ul>
