Project Objectives: The client is looking to build strategic long-term relationships with leading development partners to accelerate business growth through high-quality and cost-efficient software development. The selected partner(s) will support the development of robust and scalable Consumer and Enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:

<li>Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable Java applications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li>
<li>Oversee the architecture and development of Java-based back-end systems using Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Batch).</li>
<li>Implement CI/CD processes and ensure code quality and integrity using GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tools.</li>
<li>Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and validation of all software deliverables.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Ensure all developed code is thoroughly documented and adheres to best practices and standards.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve team performance.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience (5+ years) as a Java Developer, with at least 2 years in a lead role.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Java (v8, v11, v17) and related frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Batch.</li>
<li>Experience with microservices architecture and development.</li>
<li>Familiarity with private cloud setups and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Upper-Intermediate level of English.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Experience with front-end technologies like React (with Redux) and jQuery.</li>
<li>Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis.</li>

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Unreal Engine development, particularly in creating multiplayer gameplay. Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) game development is a significant plus. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of game development processes, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
