User Acquisition Specialist

 About the Role The role is for individuals who are action oriented and are excited about recruiting and onboarding senior business professionals on the CleverX platform. <ul><li>To find, recruit, screen, and recruit mid-senior level professionals and on-board them on CleverX platform on tight deadlines.</li><li>Communicate and engage with mid-senior level professionals diligently.</li><li>Research, qualify and validate professionals based on their skills and match them to research studies.</li><li>Keep the onboarded professioanls engaged and provide support.</li><li>To build dedicated micro-communities of professionals in niche industries and retain them by facilitating paid-research oppotunitnies suitable to them.</li><li>Co-ordinate with internal teams making sure user acquisition plans are timely.</li><li>Report on daily and weekly acquisition progress and analyze acquisition data.</li></ul>
