Artist Solutions Lead

CO:CREATE is seeking an Artist Solutions Lead to serve as a strategic partner for tattoo artists, focusing on business guidance, solution design, and relationship management. This senior individual contributor role involves consulting, solutions architecture, and account management to help artists thrive with CO:CREATE's platform. Responsibilities include understanding artist goals, diagnosing challenges, crafting success pathways, designing programs and processes for artist growth and retention, and acting as a liaison between artists and internal teams. Success is measured by artist activation, retention, and qualitative impact. The ideal candidate has deep tattoo industry experience, is comfortable with business consulting, and excels in client success or strategic account management roles, driving scalable engagement strategies and processes.

You'll work directly with Artists to understand their goals, diagnose challenges, and craft pathways to success—with CO:CREATE at the center of their business toolkit.You’ll operate with significant autonomy to design programs, processes, and playbooks that support long-term Artist growth and retention. You won’t just support Artists—you’ll build the foundation for how we do it across the company.<h2> How Success is Measured</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Activated Artists: You help more Artists reach 10+ bookings/month through strategic guidance and solution delivery.</li><li>Artist retention: Artists in your portfolio stay engaged, satisfied, and loyal to the platform over time.</li><li>Qualitative impact: Artists feel supported, heard, and equipped to grow their business using CO:CREATE. </li></ul><h2>Who You Are</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Deeply experienced in the tattoo industry—either as a former Artist, studio operator, or service provider.</li><li>Comfortable leading strategic conversations with small business owners and translating vision into action.</li><li>Equal parts consultant, operator, and advocate—you know how to build trust, deliver value, and spot opportunities.</li><li>Experienced in client success, solutions consulting, or strategic account management roles.</li><li>A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build processes and programs from the ground up.</li></ul>.<h2>Requirements</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>5+ years of experience in a client-facing strategic role (e.g., solutions consulting, strategic account management, business development).</li><li>Deep knowledge of the tattoo industry—ideally as a former Tattoo Artist, studio operator, or service provider.</li><li>Proven ability to guide small business owners through change, using a consultative approach.</li><li>Experience designing and implementing scalable engagement strategies and processes.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems, data dashboards, and internal tooling for account management.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities.</li><li>Passion for tattoo culture and a deep respect for Tattoo Artists as independent creatives and entrepreneurs.</li></ul><h1>Benefits &amp; perks</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Fully remote team (Employees based in the Americas time zones only at this time)</li><li>Team offsites twice a year</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401k Retirement plan</li><li>Unlimited vacation &amp; paid time off</li><li>Two company-wide shut downs a year to give everyone the week off in both the summer and winter.</li><li>$200/month in “get what you need” funds.</li><li>Hate Monday meetings?
