Senior Combat Designer

Cold Iron Studios is seeking a Senior Combat Designer to join our team for a new sci-fi third-person action game. This fully remote role, open to applicants in the US and Canada, involves designing and implementing all aspects of combat encounters, including enemy composition, setups, and defining combat spaces. The designer will support the combat design team, ensuring encounters meet gameplay targets, and will also mentor teammates, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence within the studio.

<p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">Cold Iron Studios is in search of a <strong>Senior Combat Designer</strong> to bolster our team in the development of a new sci-fi third-person action game! This position is fully remote and open to applicants in the US and Canada.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">The Senior Combat Designer will be integral in helping design and implement all aspects of combat encounters, from enemy composition, combat setups and even helping define the spaces in which combat occurs. You will be helping support our combat design team and be responsible for ensuring combat encounters reach our gameplay targets.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">In addition, as a member of our esteemed team, your expertise will serve as a guiding force, illuminating the path for your fellow teammates.
