CRB Workforce is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Portland, OR, for a contract-to-hire position. This role requires strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft enterprise platforms and IT infrastructure, and extensive experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term client relationships, conducting strategic IT planning, and providing solution recommendations. It is a relationship-driven, advisory position focused on client trust and alignment, not sales.
