The Senior People Partner will work closely with the HR Director to align with the overall Studio People objectives. This role involves facilitating a culture of development, coaching, and influencing people throughout their employment lifecycle. The role is varied with no two days being the same and offers significant exposure. The Senior People Partner will need to be familiar with current employment law and apply company HR policies and procedures, providing accurate advice and suggestions for improvement. The role involves proactively identifying and driving initiatives to improve management and leadership capabilities, as well as offering solutions to problems and improving leadership.
