This role involves creating engaging, inclusive, and accessible learning materials tailored to a diverse range of learners. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Design and develop ELA curriculum and instructional materials for grades K-5, ensuring alignment with Common Core State Standards and incorporating global practices in literacy education.</li><li>Regularly review and update the ELA curriculum to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and compliance with the latest educational research and pedagogical trends.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers and illustrators to create innovative lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities that cater to various learning styles.</li><li>Utilize feedback from educators and data analysis to continuously improve the curriculum, making it more engaging and effective for students.</li><li>Stay informed about current trends, research, and policies related to ELA instruction and integrate this knowledge into curriculum development.</li></ul>
