	Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract) Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.
As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. <li>Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.

</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
</li><li>Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
</li><li>Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
</li><li>Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
</li><li>Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Help drive the growth of our Directory Services platform (meet company/sales targets) and Workforce Password Management service by driving/evangelizing cross functionality teams to meet these goals. Understand gaps in the organization, and drive changes to address.</li><li>Define, communicate, plan, align and execute the product roadmap for Directory Services and Workforce Password Management – working closely with peers to keep the product roadmap current.</li><li>Drive product innovation and opportunities through feedback from market data and various analysts, customers, internal stakeholders and partners.</li><li>Work closely with architects and developers to develop, prioritize and manage the product backlog in a lean / agile environment.</li><li>Drive CyberArk India engineering teams to deliver product roadmap, making priority decisions based on a decision framework; make trade-off decisions based upon immediate needs to close business, product strategy, product quality, gaps identified by analysts.</li><li>Work closely with UX/UI teams on product interface concepts</li><li>Drive product marketing to deliver go-to-market material.</li><li>Enable sales and support on new product releases and solutions.</li><li>Meet customers and partners to communicate company/product strategy, address requirements.</li><li>Team success – this is cross functional role; ensure overall business goals are met with great alignment across CyberArk cross functional teams.</li><li>Should be willing to work closely with the CyberArk US, Israel and India teams and attend meetings during the US, Israel, and India time zones, as necessary. </li></ul>
Qualifications Requirements: <ul><li>3+ years of experience required in Project Management</li><li>BS in EE/Comp Sc or equivalent (MBA preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to execute a vision and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering market leading solutions to market and developing new products with commercial success. </li><li>Identity and Access Management domain experience would be a strong plus.</li><li>Experience in working with legacy directories like AD, LDAP and cloud directories like Azure AD, Google Directory Service would be a strong plus.</li><li>TME like skills to be able to own/maintain/run demos and lab environments.</li><li>Cloud and/or cyber security domain expertise - Has a good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud domains, ideally with expertise in cybersecurity.</li><li>Prior Development Experience: a deep understanding of software lifecycle management, Agile, Developer Experience, APIs, crypto and micro-services and related security aspects.</li><li>Experience with SaaS Business Models, especially as it relates to transactional, usage-based business models.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills. Should be able to represent CyberArk at industry events and with strategic customers and prospects.</li><li>This position is in Hyderabad and may require up to 25% travel. </li></ul>
