This role requires a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and the technical feature creation inside the platform, and the ability to align solutions to achieve their strategic objectives.</p><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Responsibilities:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Business Discovery: Work closely with the Account Executive (AE) to discover and understand the customer requirements regarding fraud and compliance strategy from both a current and future state.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Technical Discovery: Work closely with the Account Executive (AE) and Solution Architect (SA) to discover and understand the customer requirements regarding integrations, e.g. data sources and 3rd party systems to integrate with, real time and/or batch requirements integration needs, turnaround times and latency requirements, high availability requirements, and security requirements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Customer Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to explain proposed solutions and configurations to clients and stakeholders based on the customer’s business and technical needs.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Technical Integration Meetings: Drive external and internal meetings throughout the Integration Scoping and Planning phase. Align with various client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure the proposed plan meets the customer requirements, both business and technical, and are compatible with the system architecture.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Knowledge Handoff and Technical Escalation: Use standard documentations to conduct knowledge transfer and internal Q&A sessions with post-sales teams e.g. Delivery, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data Science. During the onboarding phase, serve as the technical escalation point for customers in case issues and misalignments happen during the delivery phase.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Domain and Product Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in financial services, fraud prevention, AML practices, and machine learning, to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
