Responsibilities include defining the technical vision and roadmap, planning and maintaining game features, systems, and development tools, assigning tasks, anticipating risks, providing technical oversight, and fixing bugs. The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience, including technical leadership, experience on at least two console/PC titles, expertise in C#, proficiency in algorithm design, software architecture, and design, understanding of game technology, Unity Engine proficiency, strong mentorship, interpersonal, and communication skills, and experience with small to medium-sized teams.
