DreamCraft is seeking a 3D Artist to develop the visual style, design, and overall look for a new intellectual property. Responsibilities include creating beautiful characters, assets, and environments for production, contributing artwork ideas to communities, and generally producing 2D and 3D game art for various platforms. The role requires a driven individual with at least 2 years of experience, capable of creating concept sketches and game-ready stylized 3D assets, including high-poly and low-poly models. Proficiency in 3D software like Maya or 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Flash or Spine is essential. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects team feedback, and has an understanding of User Interface design. Rigging and animation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities​ <ul> <li>Work on the development of a visual style, design, and overall look for our brand new IP</li> <li>Create beautiful characters, assets, and environments to be rolled out for production</li> <li>Contribute with artwork ideas toward communities and forums</li> <li>Get involved in the look and feel of further projects, including animation, community, and marketing</li> <li>Generally just nail 2D and 3D for games on various platforms</li> </ul> Requirement​ <ul> <li>Driven and fierce</li> <li>2+ years of experience</li> <li>Capability to independently create concept sketches</li> <li>Ability to create game ready stylized 3D assets, including high-poly and low-poly</li> <li>Able to create hand-painted textures and PBR maps</li> <li>Proven experience with 3D software (e.g. Maya / 3DS Max)</li> <li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Flash or Spine</li> <li>Pride and responsibility in your work when given the freedom to work independently</li> <li>Modesty and respect when receiving feedback from your team</li> <li>Appreciation and understanding of User Interface design</li> <li>Ability to create rigging and animation a plus</li> </ul>
