Dungarvin is seeking a Residential Coordinator (Lead DSP) to provide direct support and coordination of services for individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. This role involves hands-on assistance with daily living tasks, household management, and community activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and personal growth. The coordinator will also lead other DSP staff, empowering individuals to live independently and comfortably while maintaining dignity and respect.

An RC / Lead DSP provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in our expanding team. Reporting to our Art Lead, you’ll be working closely with them and the rest of the team to research, generate ideas, and iterate on designs for characters, environments, weapons, and various props. You will contribute visuals to all aspects of the games we produce, visualize and produce gameplay focused assets, and support and mentor other concept artists.
