The Environment Prop Lead at Infinity Ward oversees the creation and quality standards of environment models.  Responsibilities include mentoring artists, prioritizing tasks, improving workflows, collaborating with other studios, and ensuring assets meet technical and artistic requirements for consoles and mobile.  The role requires experience in creating realistic props for FPS games, proficiency in various 3D software (Substance Designer, Painter, Photoshop, ZBrush, Maya/Max, Blender), and a strong understanding of PBR. You’ll join a team of leaders focusing on empowering our global team of artists and help make our maps and environments come alive through realism and storytelling.We’re seeking an experienced artist who knows the ins and outs of creating believable and interesting models, within the technical and artistic constraints of consoles and mobile. You should be able to educate artists and describe why or how an asset can look better or be more performant. As a mentor you’re proactively finding solutions to improve pipelines and workflows and deliver clear and constructive feedback to both internal and external artists with confidence. Collaborating comes natural to you, guiding others to be successful in their task.Being an ambassador for environmental prop art, you’ll represent the Infinity Ward Studio within the franchise working with level artists, photogrammetry experts, leads and Directors within our and other Call of Duty studios. Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for maintaining quality across all environment props made for the project.</li><li>Maintain and mentor artists on established franchise workflows and best practices.</li><li>Prioritize and assign tasks and initiatives to the team to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;the best&nbsp;possible&nbsp;results, while aligning with Directors, Production and OS managers.</li><li>Research and incorporate latest techniques and industry standards.</li><li>Work closely with Tools, Engine, and&nbsp;Tech&nbsp;art&nbsp;counterparts&nbsp;to develop new workflows or improve upon existing tools and technologies&nbsp;to&nbsp;streamline&nbsp;team&nbsp;efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Create documentation of processes for others to follow as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide feedback to both internal and external artists regarding quality and technical execution.&nbsp;</li></ul>Player ProfileExperience<ul><li>4+ years of industry experience creating realistic props for 1st person (FPS) games as a Sr. Artist or in an Art Leadership position.</li><li>Ability to lead by example, creating or guiding artists to create benchmark quality assets.</li><li>Experience working with photogrammetry to add realistic details to props.</li><li>Advanced skill in software:&nbsp;Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop and ZBrush, Blender or similar software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of a 3D modeling software (Maya, Max, etc.)</li><li>Unmatched understanding of Physically Based Rendering&nbsp;(PBR) practices.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Takes direction well and can confidently give clear concise direction.</li><li>Willingness to improve and learn new skills.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.</li></ul>Your PlatformFounded in 2002, Infinity Ward is the original studio behind the&nbsp;Call of Duty®&nbsp;franchise. Eaton seeks an Architect with 15+ years of experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android). Expertise in mobile architecture design, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, and React Native is essential. Technical leadership skills, CI/CD experience, and TDD/BDD techniques are required.

Qualifications <ul><li> Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required. </li></ul>
Skills <ul><li>Proven 15+ total software industry experience, with focus towards mobile app development with iOS and Android platforms.</li><li>Strong SW domain expertise and proven track record of creating solution architecture (fit for purpose) for IoT based products </li></ul>
Mobile App Architecture <ul><li>Strong proficiency in mobile app architecture design and development, with focus on performance, security, stability and maintainability.</li><li>Experience with multiple programming languages, such as Swift, Objective C, Kotlin, Java, and/or React Native.</li><li>Exeperience with modern deisgn patterns used with mobile application architecture. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud services and backend integration for mobile apps. </li></ul>
