 At Eccentric, we are privileged to co-build Metaverse with some of the best minds of our time. Since 2016, we have been engaged in the Virtualization of Automotive Retail. We have helped leading Automotive Brands in the World optimize the power of Virtual Interactions. We are looking for a 3D Renders &amp; Motion Artist at Eccentric with 2 to 3 years of experience and strong English communication skills. You will be responsible for creating and delivering motion graphics for various social media and mobile platforms, as well as simulating photo-realistic shading, lighting, and rendering for different projects. Our ideal candidate should be an expert in Adobe products like Photoshop and After Effects, with a solid understanding of 3D rendering techniques including shading, lighting, and basic compositing. What You’ll Do:- Collaborate with the creative and art teams to understand the artistic, technical, and motion design requirements for each project.- Develop photo-realistic shading, lighting, and rendering using tools like Blender (with optional knowledge of Maya).- Create and integrate 3D models, tweaking as needed to align with creative vision and technical specifications.- Design and execute motion graphics, incorporating audio, animation, and other elements to enhance the storytelling.- Edit video footage and add visual effects, ensuring seamless integration of motion graphics and 3D elements into final outputs.- Participate in brainstorming sessions, presenting design ideas and concepts, and incorporating feedback from clients, supervisors, and stakeholders.- Troubleshoot technical issues in shading, lighting, rendering, and motion design, providing innovative solutions.- Maintain file organization, adhere to project workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and tools in both 3D rendering and motion graphics. What We Seek:- Strong proficiency in 3D shading, lighting, rendering, and motion graphics.- Experience with Blender, with optional familiarity with Maya and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphic creation, including audio-visual synchronization and special effects.- A strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D motion graphics and rendered visualizations.- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to solve visual and technical challenges creatively.- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.- Ability to work under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Basic compositing skills to merge shading, lighting, and motion elements seamlessly. Nice to Have:- Familiarity with CAD/Engineering drawings, with the ability to open and manipulate file extensions.- Knowledge of retopology in line with gaming pipelines and UV unwrapping for texturing.- Experience in generating tile able materials and textures using baking techniques.- Proficiency in Photoshop for creating detailed textures and graphic elements.
