As a ServiceNow Senior Architect (SA), you will lead the design and implementation of strategic ServiceNow solutions for Stellantis staff augmentation initiatives. You'll be responsible for defining technical architecture, driving implementation strategies, and ensuring best practices across complex enterprise projects. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, provide technical leadership, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction within the Spanish market.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Requirements</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 7-10 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with demonstrated leadership in complex enterprise implementations.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Architecture & Design: Proven experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including system architecture, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, advanced customization, API integrations, and complex scripting (JavaScript, APIs, web services).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
