To be successful as an Architectural Designer, you should have excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections</li><li>Prepare presentation drawings and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.</li><li>Create working drawings and Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project execution</li><li>Ensure design intent is executed accurately.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and creative designs.</li></ul>
 <ul><li>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.</li><li>Professional licensure as an architect.</li><li>Proven experience in interior design projects, with a portfolio showcasing successful completed projects.</li><li>Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.</li><li>Strong creative design and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling software, and other relevant design tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.</li></ul>
